This will maximize exposure and create opportunities to generate strong interests and offers.
- Finding Your New Home – Whether you’re searching for your next home or considering a move to a senior living community, I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’ll help you find the home that best fits your lifestyle and needs. If you decide senior living is the right choice, I will help you narrow down senior living communities based on your needs, wants, budget and location. I can then connect you with the trusted Senior Living Sales Directors and Advisors who will coordinate personalized tours of their communities for you, enabling you to make an informed and confident decision.
- Access Trusted Referral Partners – The choice is always yours when selecting your title company, mortgage lender, home inspector, moving company, and other service providers. If you’d like recommendations, I’m happy to provide a list of trusted, vetted professionals who have earned a reputation for exceptional service and reliability.
- Navigate the Sale / Move with Support – I’ll be right by your side throughout the entire process, listening to your concerns, answering your questions, and providing knowledgeable guidance from listing to moving day.
- Support Through the Final Steps to Closing – From inspections and negotiations to the final walkthrough and closing, I’ll help coordinate every detail to ensure a smooth, successful transaction. Then it’ll be time to celebrate as you begin your exciting new chapter!
